Every school year Cavite National Science High School holds a friendly sports activity called "Intrams" which the students are grouped into teams according to their year level, this year our team names came from different universities. Green Tamaraws (FEU), our team Yellow Cardinals (MAPUA), Red Lions (San Beda), Blue Falcons (Adamson University).
Our program started with the presentation of the Mr. & Ms. Physique and Mass Demo of each year level and then the ceremonial toss led by our MAPEH teacher Mr. Tomas Loyola. Then the intrams was officially started. At once all the games were simultaneously starting, we have filipino games on one side, racketed games and ball games on the other sides. The board games like chess was held silently in order for the players to focus on their games. Since I am a 2nd year rather grade 8 student our fist opponent was the first years or the grade 7's. Luckily we won in almost all games against the grade seven students. We had an exciting day at the Intramurals because we experienced our friends even ourselves play our best to represent the grade 8 team.
In the afternoon of the 2nd day of the intrams was the most awaited day the awarding ceremony. The yellow cardinals always comes 2nd to the Blue Falcons on most of the games but not in table tennis. The players of the cardinals swept through their competition and dominated table tennis. Then it was time to announce the Mr. & Ms. Physique unfortunately we lost to the grade 7 representative and the 3rd year representative. After the Mr. & Ms. physique was announced they finally revealed who won the Mass Demo, even though we ranked 2nd place it is still not bad form our mass dancers even without instructors or any teacher of some sort they managed to reach one of the highest rank.
